The holiday home, which consists of 2 houses (one dating from 1830 and the other from 1630), is located in one of the oldest streets of Liege (8th century). The street is very picturesque and is part of a lively and protected area, located at the foot of the Citadel and behind the Palace of the Prince-Bishops, a few minutes walk from the Place Saint Lambert (shopping malls), the Liège-Saint-Lambert station (train and bus) and the Place des Marchés (restaurants). The back house is adjacent to the Coteaux de la Citadelle, a green lung in the historical center composed of several green terraces with many monuments (including the famous Montagne de Bueren) and walking paths. From the front house you have a view of the Terrasses des Minimes. The access to the latter is 40 meters down the street. The street is accessible to local traffic (one way), but it is mostly tourists who walk there. There are several public parking lots available (Place Saint-Lambert the closest), and a private parking lot (upon availability and with a small fee) at Rue Fond Saint-Servais.

The 2 houses have been completely and extensively renovated. Each room (23 m² on average) consists of a separate private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Depending on the room there is a confortable double bed (160cm) or 2 twin beds (90cm). In total there are 6 rooms. The rooms are situated on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors and are only accessible via a staircase. This makes our holiday home unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. The fully equiped kitchen on the ground floor is for everyone’s use, as well as the TV room, the inner courtyard and the garden.
